Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

  • You must contact us before sending anything back

To start the return process, reach out to us via our Contact Us page with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.


If Your Return Is Accepted

If your return request meets our return policy:

  • We’ll email you with return instructions and the return address

  • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval and process your refund

Refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items returned after the 14-day period

  • Clearance or final sale products


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 3–5 days of delivery).
We may request a photo of the item and packaging to help us assess the issue. If confirmed, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or

  • Offer a full refund


Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card account

  2. Contact your bank or card provider (it may take a few days to appear)

  3. Still no refund? Contact us, and we’ll look into it for you


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to swap an item for a different size, color, or product, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
